These terms apply to your use of packnplan.com and the PacknPlan app, and to any booking you make. Please read them before booking. By using PacknPlan you accept these terms.

About PacknPlan

PacknPlan is a marketplace that lets you discover and book experiences operated by independent, licensed local providers on Egypt's Red Sea. The operator is responsible for delivering the experience you book.

Bookings & payment

• Prices are shown per person unless stated otherwise, and you can view them in your chosen currency.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email.
• You're responsible for providing accurate booking details and arriving at the meeting point on time.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation policy and any specific terms shown on the experience page at the time of booking.

Your responsibilities

• Follow the operator's safety instructions at all times.
• Disclose any medical conditions relevant to an activity (e.g. diving) before taking part.
• Ensure everyone in your party meets any age, health or ability requirements listed.

Liability

Experiences involve activities such as boating, diving and desert travel that carry inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, PacknPlan acts as a booking platform and is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent operators. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
