Cancellation & refunds

We want booking with confidence to be easy. Most experiences come with free cancellation.

Free cancellation

For experiences marked free cancellation, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. Cancel from your confirmation email or by contacting our team.

Late cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are generally non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Some specialised trips (private charters, multi-day or custom experiences) may have different terms — these are shown clearly on the experience page before you book.

If we cancel

Occasionally an operator may cancel due to weather or safety reasons. If that happens, you'll be offered a full refund or the chance to rebook for another date at no extra cost.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 5–10 business days to appear.
