How do I book an experience?

Open any experience, choose your date, number of guests and optional transfer, then tap Book now and complete checkout. You'll get instant confirmation.

How will I receive my confirmation?

By email, right after you book. It includes your trip details and the exact meeting point or pickup information.

Can I get picked up from my hotel?

Most trips offer optional hotel pickup (shared, private or luxury transfer). You choose it in the booking panel before checkout.

What payment methods can I use?

Visa and Mastercard, plus InstaPay and Apple Pay where available. Prices can be shown in EGP, EUR, USD or GBP.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes — most experiences offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. See our Cancellation policy for details.

Are the experiences safe and licensed?

Every operator on PacknPlan is vetted and must hold the right licences and insurance for their activity.
